Meeting the target clients on day-day basis for promoting our business. Identifying the right platform for branding our business and create the marketplace. Create long-term, trusting relationships with relevant stakeholders in the market to partner for mutual beneficial product branding. Researching the market for finding the relevant ways to build a strong strategy for promoting/branding our product/services from time to time.

Work Environment

  • Depending on the role, you will be working with cross functional teams/departments.
  • Need to have excellent coordination and communication skills with high patience levels in this role.

What You’ll Do

  • Creating promotions with advertising managers.
  • Compiling lists describing our organization's offerings.
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
  • Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
  • Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
  • Building brand awareness and positioning. Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
  • Evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy. Identify how our brand is currently positioned in the market.
  • Directing, planning and coordinating marketing efforts. Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans
  • Design a research-based brand strategy.
  • Developing each marketing campaign from start to finish.
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
  • Evaluating competitors. Conduct consumer and market research
  • Handling social media, public relation efforts, and content marketing.
  • Analyse consumer behaviour and determine customer personas
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at communicating our brand message
  • Lead marketing team members through campaigns
  • Measure and report on success of marketing campaigns

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing or related filed
  • Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan.
  • Understanding of public relations.
  • Advanced communication skills and Analytical skills
  • Experience running successful marketing campaigns
  • Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
