Will be working as a face to the customers and merchants in a professional OMLY dress code. Lead the highest responsibility in terms of customer relationship, coordinating with merchants and customers on their orders for timely delivery with good quality of services. Promote OMLY brand in a better way thru pleasant gesture on the field, interacting with guests and vendors/catering team in a polite and effective means that gives us immense brand value in the market. Presenting good people management skills, helping guests with information on dishes or queries they come up with.
Depending on the role, you will be working with cross functional teams/departments.
Need to have excellent coordination and communication skills with high patience levels in this role.
What You’ll Do
Effectively communicate with customers/clients and staff in a professional, courteous and timely manner.
Organize and coordinate staff, ensuring that the service runs smoothly and efficiently.
Coordinate and oversee required arrangements at the events.
Processing services on time.
Liaising with vendors and customers.
Maintain high personal grooming standards and professional appearance.
Promote the company brand and standards thru efficient delivery of services.
Record the customer/merchant feedback from time to time and report the same to the department head.

A Bachelor's or associate degree or related field preferred.
Prior experience in field work is required.
