Responsible for entering data into different computer databases/applications, manage and maintain effective record keeping. Accountable for organizing files, collecting and managing data to be entered into the computer with accurate information. Processing data with high accuracy and quality is the key for this role. Processing information/data on various technical tools (MS Office, Word Editors etc.,) for complete the entries tasks and reporting.
What You’ll Do
Transfer data from paper formats into our Technology Application/database systems accurately.
Type in data provided directly from Sales team.
Create and manage spreadsheets.
Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
Update existing data with high accuracy.
Produce reports as per the requirements.
Sort organize and store paperwork after entering data.
What You’ll Need
Any Graduation with relevant experience.
Proven experience as data entry operator
Fast typing skills – Min 35 -45 WPM with high accuracy
Experience with spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, Editors etc.)
