Account Manager - Sales

Meeting the target clients on day-day basis for generating new business associations with them and partnering thru our technology platform. Create long-term, trusting relationships with them. Oversee a portfolio of assigned merchants, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. Developing strong relationships with clients connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports.

Work Environment

  • Depending on the role, you will be working on the field that includes travel within the city and domestic travel within the country.
  • Need to have an own vehicle – two-wheeler or Four-wheeler

What You’ll Do

  • Demonstrates effective, clear and professional written and oral communication.
  • Provides prompt and efficient service to vendors/merchants including the appropriate escalation of vendor/merchant’s issues.
  • Managing end-to-end account management requirements of a restaurant/hotel by scheduling meetings with restaurants post acquisitions by resolving issues if any, and analysing their performance reports and devising and suggesting the restaurants about strategies to implement to grow and improve their business
  • Handling end-to-end restaurant/hotel/caterer on-boarding and launch process by updating the trackers required.
  • Demonstrates excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently knowledge while using departmental resources, policies and procedures.
  • Contributes to a positive team environment and proactively aids team members with difficult contacts as needed.
  • Maintains acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
  • Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Developing positive relationships and handling vendors’ needs
  • Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks

What You’ll Need

  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
  • Sales experience in – Client acquisition/Seller onboarding
  • Experience in food industry or any merchant onboarding business model.
  • Account management/relationship management skills.
  • Technical knowledge/experience on Applications related to Food technology.
  • Excellent communication skills (Telugu/Hindi/English)
  • Prior experience in field work is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Guiding and supporting seller for on-boarding process.
  • Educating seller for listing their products on portal.
  • Achieving Target on time.
